GENERAL CONTRACTING
Basic Labor: $65.00/hr.

Skilled Labor: $90.00/hr.

Site Supervision: $100/hr.

Design/Consulting: $120.00/hr.
ENERGY ADVISING
Energy consulting: $90.00/hr.
HERS Ratings: Typical new construction ranges from $.80/sf. - $90/hr., with additional work related to larger or complex homes. Remodel Ratings are priced according to the size and complexity of each project.
ENERGY INSPECTIONS
TONC minimum charge: $395 (1 hour Plan review Included)
Additional Plan Review: $90/hour
Duct Testing (simple rough-in): $250
Duct Testing (time exceeding 1.5hrs.): $125/hour
Duct Testing Final: $350
Duct Testing Final (time exceeding 2hrs.): $125/hour
Blower Door Testing: $300
Trip Charge (longer than 20 mins drive time): $90/hour
Reinspect: Trip charge above + $90/hr.
